畢業(yè)生的壓力 The Pressure of Graduate Students
Now I am a post graduate student, I will graduate next year, so I start to find jobs recently, I feel so much pressure, though I have good education, I still get rejection from the companies. The pressure of graduate students are so heavy, the competition is so fierce that many students can’t get the ideal jobs. They should adjust their strategies.
現(xiàn)在我是一名研究生，我明年就畢業(yè)了，因此我最近開始找工作，我感受到了很大的壓力，雖然我有著高學歷，但是我仍然受到了一些公司的拒絕。畢業(yè)生的壓力是很大的，競爭是如此的激烈，以至于很多學生無法找到理想的工作。他們應該調(diào)整一下策略。
The pressure of graduate students is so heavy. On the one hand, they don’t have experience, so they don’t know how to get the job interview and miss many chances. On the other hand, there are more and more students have high education, some have received higher education, some have studies abroad which make their resumes stand out. Those average students don’t have advantages over the above mentioned ones.
畢業(yè)生的壓力是很大的。一方面，他們沒有經(jīng)驗，因此不知道如何得到面試機會，錯過了很多機會。另一方面，越來越多的學生有高等教育，一些人接受了更高的教育，一些人出國留學，這讓他們的簡歷突出。那些普通的學生比上面提到的學生處于劣勢。
Average students need to make their resumes specially, so they can have the chance. They can describe their characteristic to fit the job, the employers will see this and give you the chance. Students can also make their internship experience stand out, because the employers pay special attention to it.
普通學生需要讓他們的簡歷有特色，因此他們才會有機會。他們可以把性格描述得和工作的需求吻合，雇傭者看到這些，才會給你機會。學生也可以突出他們的實習經(jīng)歷，因此雇傭者很注重這個。
The job pressure is heavy for every graduate student, if the students take the wise strategy, they can have more chances to get the job.

工作的煩惱 The Annoyance On the Job
I am a college student, this is my fourth year in the college, which means that I will graduate soon. Nowadays, many of my classmates have taken the action to find the job interview, while I tell myself to calm down, actually, I have no idea about my future, so I haven’t taken the action.
我現(xiàn)在是一名大學生，這是我在大學的第四年了，這也意味著我很快就要畢業(yè)了。如今，很多我的同學已經(jīng)開始著手找工作面試，然而我告訴自己冷靜，實際上，我對自己的將來一無所知，因此我沒有采取行動。
When the graduate season comes, students have to worry about their jobs, for me, I have many annoyances, first, I don’t know which city should I go. On the one hand, I want to stay in the present city that I live, because I have many college students here, I can fight my career with them, we can also take a drink when we have time. But on the other hand, if I want to stay in this city, it means I have to be far away from home. I want to stay with my family, my parents want to see me and I want to accompany them, working at my hometown is a perfect idea for me. Now I still don’t know how to choose, once I have made the decision, I have to give up something.
當畢業(yè)季來臨，學生們開始擔憂他們的工作，對于我來說，我有很多的煩惱，第一，我不知道我應該去哪座城市。一方面，我想要留在我現(xiàn)在居住的城市，因為我大部分的大學同學都留在這里，我可以和他們共同為事業(yè)奮斗，也可以在閑暇時喝上一杯。但是另一方面，如果我留在這個城市，那意味著我不得不遠離家。我想要和家人呆在一起，我的父母想要看到我，我也想要陪伴他們，在家鄉(xiāng)工作對我來說是一個極好的抉擇。現(xiàn)在我仍然不知道如何選擇，一旦我決定了，我必須得放棄一些東西。

學生對老師的評價 Students’ Evaluation On Teachers
There is no doubt that all the teachers will spare no effort to teach students, but sometimes they just don’t realize what they give to students is no working all the time. Now the schools have carried out the police that students need to give evaluation to the teachers, in my opinion, this policy is good, teachers can know more about themselves.
毫無疑問，所有的教師都會不留余力地教學生，但是有時候他們沒有意識到教授給學生的不一定都有用。如今學校都執(zhí)行了學生要給教師進行評價的政策，在我看來，這樣的政策是好的，教師可以更加了解他們自己。
When students make commence about the teachers, teachers can know how the students think about them in the class. Students are the main anticipants, they have the right to make judgment, teachers are not in the dominant place, what they do should put the students in the first place.
當學生對教師進行評論的時候，教師可以了解到學生在課堂上是如何看待他們的。學生是主要的參與者，他們有權利進行判斷，教師不是處在領導的地位，他們所做的應該以學生為出發(fā)點。
When the teachers know how the students react about their teaching methods, they can make some adjustion and do better in the following. As teachers, of course they will think they are teaching well, but for most students, they will think what the teachers said is boring. So only when the students give reaction to the teachers will the teacher know they need to make some changes.
當教師了解學生對于他們的教學方法是如何看待時，他們可以做些調(diào)整，以便在接下來做得更好，但是對于大部分學生來說，他們會覺得教師所說的很無聊。因此只有當學生給予教師反饋，教師才會知道需要做些調(diào)整。
Students’ evaluation on teachers is very helpful in improving the teaching quality.
學生對教師的評價非常有助于改善教學質(zhì)量。
